Awakening Flow is a 2.5-hour immersive workshop of asana, pranayama, chanting, and meditation, designed to support nervous system regulation, circulation, and embodied presence. Rooted in classical vinyasa yoga and Ayurvedic seasonal self-care, this offering invites participants to align with spring’s rhythms with intelligence and ease.
This workshop emphasizes breath as a regulatory interface, settling scattered energy and cultivating attunement to the subtleties of the season’s growing light.
