Supported: A Restorative Yoga + Thai Massage Workshop with Kei Soares Cobb

Supported: A Restorative Yoga + Thai Massage Workshop

Rest is what the body remembers when it’s given the support it needs to let go.

This two-hour evening practice blends restorative and yin postures with gentle pranayama and therapeutic bodywork. With skillful use of blankets, blocks, and bolsters, we’ll move slowly into long-held shapes that allow the breath to deepen and the nervous system to settle. Throughout the practice, Kei will offer each participant subtle postural adjustments, gentle invitations into deeper stretches, and rhythmic compressions inspired by Thai Yoga Massage and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, helping the body release tension and drop its weight back into the ground.

When the body is supported and skillfully touched, its intelligence reorganizes on its own. Hips soften, shoulders release, and the breath begins to move more freely through the whole system. This workshop offers a glimpse into how touch and mindful breathing can restore ease and mobility for anyone who feels they’ve been holding a lot—physically, emotionally, or energetically—and would benefit from being supported in letting it go.

Awakening Flow: Spring Practices for Balanced Expansion with Kei Soares Cobb

Awakening Flow: Spring Practices for Balanced Expansion

Spring is a season of rising creative energy, when attention turns outward and the world becomes alive with beauty—but without support, this light, airy energy can feel scattered or destabilizing. For our nervous systems, the shift from winter’s inward stillness to spring’s movement calls for gradual expansion and steady grounding.

Awakening Flow is a 2.5-hour immersive workshop of asana, pranayama, chanting, and meditation, designed to support nervous system regulation, circulation, and embodied presence. Rooted in classical vinyasa yoga and Ayurvedic seasonal self-care, this offering invites participants to align with spring’s rhythms with intelligence and ease.

This workshop emphasizes breath as a regulatory interface, settling scattered energy and cultivating attunement to the subtleties of the season’s growing light. Together, we will learn to move with spring’s outward currents without overwhelm and nurture the stability that allows us to dance with the seasons.

Kundalini: An Energetic Exploration Workshop with Harrison Gray

Kundalini: An Energetic Exploration Workshop with Harrison Gray

Kundalini: An Energetic Exporation Workshop

We all know how to work with the physical body. We lift weights, stretch, train muscles, and focus on strength and endurance. But yoga teaches us something deeper: we are not just physical beings. We are physical and energetic And just like the body, our energy needs movement, circulation, and care. This is where Kundalini Yoga comes in.

Kundalini Yoga is often called the yoga of awareness. It’s a therapeutic practice designed to work directly with the nervous system, energetic body, and subconscious patterns. Through specific combinations of breath, movement, sound (mantra), and meditation — practiced with precise timing — Kundalini Yoga helps move stagnant energy that can remain in the body as stress, anxiety, emotional blocks, or old patterns.

In this workshop, Harrison will guide you through how Kundalini Yoga works on the energetic body, not just the physical one, and offer an experiential introduction to these practices.

This workshop is not about forcing anything or “fixing” yourself. It’s about learning how to work with your energy — the same way you already work with your body — so you can feel clearer, lighter, and more grounded in everyday life. Come as you are. No prior Kundalini experience is necessary.

New Moon in Capricorn Sound Bath

New Moon in Capricorn Sound Bath with Shaffany Terrell

The Capricorn New Moon invites us into quiet commitment with devotion to what we are building over time.

This New Moon Sound Bath is a grounding, restorative journey using crystal singing bowls, voice, and layered vibrational frequencies to support nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and intentional alignment.

Capricorn energy asks us to listen deeply to our inner authority. Through sound and stillness, we’ll create space to release outdated structures, reconnect to inner discipline that feels nourishing (not rigid), and plant intentions rooted in sustainability, integrity, and self-trust.

This is a practice of anchoring vision into the body and allowing sound to steady the breath, soften the mind, and support long-term clarity rather than quick manifestation.

Come rest, recalibrate and commit gently to what you are becoming.

What to wear/bring:

Comfy clothes and a journal/pen, or anything else you need to make your experience deeply relaxing, such as an eye mask or a warm pair of socks.

New Moon Sound Bath

New Moon Sound Bath with Shaffany Terrell

Join us under the introspective energy of the new moon for a deeply restorative sound bath experience. As the lunar cycle begins anew, so can we. This is a powerful time to release what no longer serves you and plant seeds for new intentions.

We'll begin by gently connecting to our breath and reflecting on that which no longer serves and aligns with us, whether it be thoughts, habits, emotions, or patterns. We'll spend time reflecting, journaling, and manifesting what we'd like to invite in with the new space being created.

Next, we'll relax and allow the resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes to wash over you, clearing energetic blocks and calming your nervous system. You'll leave feeling grounded, renewed, and in perfect alignment to manifest your desires for the month ahead.

Outdoor Winter Yoga Class in the Park!

with Eve Carey

Free - made possible by collaboration with Jala Studio and 195 District Park!

Embrace the crisp winter air and join us for a fun and playful outdoor yoga class at the beautiful 195 District Park! This lively session will incorporate light-hearted yoga flows, energizing breathwork, and playful movements to keep you warm and engaged as we connect with the natural beauty around us. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class offers a welcoming space to stretch, breathe, and play while having fun in the great outdoors.

Expect to explore mostly standing poses, enjoy the peacefulness of winter's stillness, and maybe even make a snow angel or two! Come dressed in layers and shoes (no need to bring a yoga mat), bring your sense of adventure, and let’s celebrate the season together. All levels are welcome!
