We'll begin by gently connecting to our breath and reflecting on that which no longer serves and aligns with us, whether it be thoughts, habits, emotions, or patterns. We'll spend time reflecting, journaling, and manifesting what we'd like to invite in with the new space being created.

Next, we'll relax and allow the resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes to wash over you, clearing energetic blocks and calming your nervous system. You'll leave feeling grounded, renewed, and in perfect alignment to manifest your desires for the month ahead.

What to wear/bring:

Comfy clothes and a journal/pen, or anything else you need to make your experience deeply relaxing, such as an eye mask or a warm pair of socks.
