Fall Equinox Yin & Yoga Nidra with Lindsay Weitzman

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique that allows you to deeply relax and rejuvenate both your body and mind.

In class, Lindsay will guide you through a series of gentle, yet powerful, relaxation techniques designed to help you reach a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. She will begin with some gentle Yin postures and breathing exercises to help you release any physical tension or stress that you may be holding in your body. From there, we will move into the Yoga Nidra practice, which involves lying down comfortably on your back and following a guided meditation that takes you through different levels of consciousness and awareness.

As we prepare for the upcoming transition from one season to the next, this workshop is the perfect way to find intentional rest, peace, and balance.
