Yoga for Anxiety

In uncertain times, do you ever feel like a duck that appears calm on the surface but is paddling constantly underneath? You’re not alone. Many of us are living with a steady undercurrent of stress and anxiety. This workshop is an invitation to pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself and with others in a supportive and intentional space.

What This Workshop Offers:

This 2-hour experience is designed to gently support your nervous system and help you move out of “fight-or-flight” and into a state of greater ease and balance.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Slow, mindful yoga (accessible to all levels)

  • Breathwork practices to calm the body and mind

  • Guided mindfulness meditation

  • Space for authentic, low-pressure connection with others

You’ll be guided through practices that help you:

  • Notice what’s happening in your body

  • Understand how your nervous system responds to anxiety

  • Develop tools to settle and regulate yourself

  • Cultivate presence and self-awareness
